Terms and conditions
R&R Solutions AB is an international e-commerce company. You can order goods from us through sales channels such as our webshop, by phone or e-mail. By ordering a product from R&R Solutions AB or by signing up for R&R Solutions email newsletters, you are understood to have agreed to these terms and conditions below. R&R Solutions reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. R&R Solutions reserves the right to make any typographical errors in our catalogs. Due to technical printing reasons, color variations may occur.
We only enter into contracts with legal entities of legal age.
Prices and payments
All prices quoted on the R&R Solutions website are exclusive of VAT and in SEK. The website checkout shows the total price including all charges such as VAT, shipping and payments.
The cost of pallets and packaging is included.
For larger requests or complete installations, please ask for a quote.
R&R Solutions payment terms are 10 days net. If you are a new customer with us and wish to pay by invoice, we always do a credit check. The interest rate for late payment is according to the Interest Act 1975:635, the current reference rate plus 8 percentage points.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and several other credit and debit cards. R&R Solutions does not collect or store any card information. The amount is reserved directly on your credit and debit card after you approve the payment, and then charged the next business day. This also applies to the purchase of a product that has a later delivery time or is temporarily out of stock.
14 days withdrawal and return policy
As a customer of R&R Solutions, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the goods can be returned in their original packaging and are in a significantly unchanged condition. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the delivery by either contacting our customer service or sending an e-mail to email@example.com
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised products, installed products and products without original packaging. If the products have been used more than is considered sufficient and/or are damaged, R&R Solutions has the right to make a depreciation of up to 100%.
When withdrawing from the purchase, the User shall be responsible for the cost of returning the Product and the risk until the Product is delivered to us.
All R&R Solutions products have a minimum 2-year warranty against functional and manufacturing defects. The warranty applies to normal use of the products and does not apply to wear and tear due to use. The warranty is valid from the date of invoice and upon presentation of the invoice or receipt.
Stock items ordered on weekdays before 13.00 will be shipped the same day (we reserve the right for sold out items). Deliveries take 1-3 days depending on the destination. The delivery time is indicated on your order confirmation. Please contact us if you want to know the exact delivery time for your product.
Deliveries are made by the transport company DB Schenker. R&R Solutions delivers to the delivery address specified in the order. We apply Incoterms 2010.
All products are delivered free of charge to the deliver address = street level.
The following points should be taken into consideration upon receipt of delivery:
- Make sure there is someone available to receive the goods when they arrive.
- Please let us know if there are any special restrictions on vehicle traffic or obstacles at the delivery address.
- Larger deliveries may require space for a truck or loading dock for unloading. If this is not possible – please contact our customer service to ensure that the goods are shipped with a vehicle equipped with a rear lift.
- Make sure the items can be transported in without risk of personal injury or damage to property when you purchase the additional carrying assistance service.
If there are visible damages to the packaging at the time of delivery, this should be noted on the delivery note and reported to the Schenker driver before the shipment is confirmed. In order for the claim against the carrier to be handled properly, you must retain the packaging, address label and any pallet that accompanied the damaged shipment.
If the product has been damaged during transport and has a hidden damage, this must be reported to our customer service immediately, but no later than 5 days after receipt of the shipment. When you report the damage to us, we need a picture of the damage, both on the packaging and on the product. We will arrange a new delivery free of charge for you as a customer so that you receive a faultless product.
If R&R Solutions is prevented from fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as lightning, fire, pandemic, war and government regulations, as well as failure or delay in services or products from a subcontractor due to circumstances specified in this Agreement, this shall constitute grounds for exemption, bringing forward the date of performance and exemption from any penalties, damages and other sanctions. R&R Solutions shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or costs incurred by the Customer due to the forementioned circumstances beyond R&R Solutions control.
Rights and obligations under the Agreement, the Terms and Conditions and related legal relationships are governed by Swedish law.
In the event of a dispute between the Customer and R&R Solutions, such dispute shall in the first instance be resolved by direct communication between the Customer and the responsible person at R&R Solutions. By accepting our Terms & Conditions, the customer agrees not to engage in any form of activity or communication with a third party, public or private, that will result in general disparagement of R&R Solutions.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, disputes regarding the interpretation or application of the Agreement, the Terms and related legal relationships shall be resolved by the Swedish courts of general jurisdiction.
In exceptional cases, such as product and raw material changes and major currency fluctuations, we may be forced to make certain price changes. The price stated in the order confirmation is the price that applies.
Prices may be subject to adjustment.
The products are owned by R&R Solutions until these are fully paid for.
Color deviations may occur due to technical printing reasons.
R&R Solutions reserves the right to make product and design changes.
R&R Solutions reserves the right to sell out or discontinue a product. In these cases, we can usually offer a replacement product.
Requirements for Klarna payment method
In order for us to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we may share your personal data in the form of contact and order information with Klarna at the checkout, in order for Klarna to assess your eligibility for the payment methods, and to customise them for you. Your personal data that is shared is processed in accordance with Klarna’s own data protection information.
